Description
The “Art of Negotiation and Sales” training aims to provide participants with the skills and techniques necessary to succeed in the field of negotiation and sales. This training explores the fundamentals of negotiation, effective sales strategies, and the interpersonal and communication skills needed to convince clients and close successful deals. Participants will learn to understand customer needs and motivations, develop trusting relationships, handle objections, and close successful sales.
