Description
The “Drive a Training Plan” training course is designed for human resources professionals and training managers who want to develop their skills in designing, managing and evaluating an effective training plan. This training covers the different key stages of the process of planning and implementing a training plan, with an emphasis on best practices and the tools necessary to achieve skills development objectives. Participants in this training will learn to identify training needs, define clear and appropriate objectives, design relevant training programs, select appropriate methods and tools, evaluate the effectiveness of training and adjust the plan based on results. They will also learn communication, stakeholder management and budgeting skills to ensure the success of the training plan.
